Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to freight forwarders at this time.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase the carrier for you.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us at support@denoshoerepair.com as soon as possible - we can usually fix it before the order ships. Once shipped, a parcel cannot be redirected.
